To produce a platform that ensures high economic activity which leads to Economic growth whilst creating employment and ensuring social development by extending its footprint to the remote rural areas of the country, through an integrated partnership approach with stakeholders.

STRATEGIC OBJECTIVES.
Our strategic objective is to ensure the creation of employment through skills development and the re-skilling of unemployed citizens, combating long-term unemployment and enabling poverty reduction with a special focus on the youth, women and people with disabilities. The primary focus is to ensure the placement and absorption of unemployed persons in the labour-market.
