Nomahlubi Mazwai (B.Journ, Rhodes University)
Hlubi Mazwai is the Managing Director of Buyambo Cultural Organization, which she founded in 2011. She has over 40-years work experience in projects and communications management, and has managed projects including and Ministerial Imbizo’s, the Telkom Initial Public Offering roadshow, the Department of Public Works Extended Public Works Program (EPWP), and the National Orders. She is a former board member of the JSE-listed Zambezi Platinum, and former board member at South African Tourism. She is also a founding member of the Steering Committee of the Progressive Women’s Movement of South Africa.
Archie Mtimkulu (BSc Hons. Chemistry, Philips University Marburg Germany)
Archie Mtimkulu is the Project Manager at Buyambo Cultural Organization has worked extensively automotive industry specializing in Surface coating and Emissions Control with Corning SA a leading producer of Catalytic Convertors as a Production Director and also worked with AECI coatings all postings in the Eastern Cape. He one of the founding members of iBurst Mozambique a company in the Telecommunications sector. He has extensive experience running over 30 years in starting up new enterprises both locally and internationally.
Thandeka Ncube (MBA, Henley Business School)
Thandeka Ncube is the Stakeholder Relations Director at Buyambo Cultural Organization. She has over 30-years work experience and was previously Executive Vice-President for Stakeholder Relations and Regulatory Affairs at the JSE-listed Lonmin PLC. She has held senior management positions at Shanduka and Phembani Group, which are investment holding companies.
